Hey there, friends!
We're back at it again, cracking the code on all this financial stuff. Remember, we're in this together, breaking down the fancy jargon and making this whole money thing make sense. Swing by my Twitter(X) @Lumberhawk- I keep the conversation going there with more insights and real-time updates.
That being said, today, we're going to briefly talk about Bitcoin mining stocks...
Let me start by saying that I own ZERO publicly traded miner stocks. I’d just rather own Bitcoin and self-custody it.
However, I know many people do own some of these, and during ideal market conditions these can even outperform Bitcoin. That being said, I highly encourage you to consult the below chart if you are considering a material position in some of these stocks.
As you can see, 9 of the 15 companies are selling all of their Bitcoin as fast as they mine it. 4 more are selling a significant percentage of their coins. I do not know if this is due to a contractual obligation to the ETF’s or if it is because of poor financial positioning or operational expenses. I really don’t care what the reason is to be honest.
I believe that NOW is the time to be holding Bitcoin and accumulating it as vigorously as possible. With the halving literally 3 days away, the supply crunch seems unavoidable. We are already experiencing a demand crunch (thank you wall street) so price action is sure to be explosive.
Every Bitcoiner I know is very aware of what I just wrote. It concerns me when a Bitcoin mining company does not know, or even worse, they do know but cannot carry out the plan.
Again, I don’t own any of these, nor do I plan to own any of these, but if I did my choice would be CleanSpark (Why not Riot? This is why)
Well, that's a wrap for today y’all. If you found this helpful or it got you thinking, why not hit that 'like' button and share it with your buddies? The more we share, the more we all learn.
